I am currently offering virtual therapy/counseling appointments only. Clients are assessed for appropriateness for virtual therapy. You must be located in the state of Illinois.


ADult individual COUNSELINg

As an adult, we are often expected to have it all figured out and manage everything on our own. In reality, we are all in need of support and validation no matter what stage of life we are in.

We strive here at Balanced Soul Counseling to help individuals go from feeling stuck to liberated. Therapy provides a space for individuals to work through life’s challenges, gain a deeper understanding of themselves + learn how to have healthier relationships.

Monthly, Drop-in Online Meditation

Join us the second Tuesday of every month for a 30-45 minute guided meditation via zoom.

Guided meditations can include a variety of mindfulness and somatic based interventions. At Balanced Soul Counseling, we invite you to discover the transformative benefits of guided meditations. Our expertly crafted sessions offer a unique opportunity to enhance your mental, emotional, and physical well-being all from the comfort of your home.

This is a donation based offering, pay what you can!
